A digital consulting company is seeking a Remote Technical Recruiting Researcher in San Francisco.

Must be able to:

  • Identify and engage passive talent to build recruiting funnels for various PDE roles at Slack
  • Calibrate on open jobs and quickly generate multiple pipelines of high quality, diverse candidates
  • Pitch roles to potential candidates via phone and Zoom

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years experience in technical recruiting role with heavy sourcing expectations
  • A track record of success with achieving sourcing targets and pipeline quotas
  • Experience working with PDE Hiring Managers and Recruiters to refine job specs and target profiles
  • Solid understanding of technical talent market landscape
  • Experience engaging candidates online and via phone/zoom
  • A passion for technology and the way it works
