Job Summary

A cable products manufacturing company has an open position for a Remote Technical Resource Coordinator in Portland.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Process training registrations
• Manage our backlog of unscheduled engagements and training
• Manage consultant's and trainer's calendars

Required Skills:

• Heavy customer communication is required; candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to tactfully respond to scheduling requests and provide alternative suggestions to satisfy all parties
• Self-Motivated to work remotely with team members across the world
• Experience scheduling consultants preferably with Financial Force PSA or an equivalent
• Approximately 1-2 years' relevant experience in resource coordination and planning in one of the following organizational groups: Professional Services / Consulting / Training / Field Support / General Office
