Remote Technical Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Sales Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Takes inbound sales calls and achieves first call resolution to customer requests
• Develops and manages strong business relationships with accounts through exemplary service
• Consultatively sells products and identifies new marketing opportunities for the company

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the lock and/or distribution industry
• Experience in locksmithing, security hardware installation, or related fields preferred
• Highly effective telesales skills and professional demeanor required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Outlook
