Job Summary
A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Security Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
- Function as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
- Engage with Security Operations as a customer advocate to ensure speedy resolution of events
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel to customer sites up to 25% is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- 7+ years of hands-on Security / Infrastructure / Troubleshooting / Systems Administration
- Experience with Networking / DevOps / Applications
- 5+ years of experience in as a Technical Account Manager
- Development experience is required
