Job Summary

A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Security Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Function as a frontline technical resource for “best practice” and informal customer questions
  • Engage with Security Operations as a customer advocate to ensure speedy resolution of events

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel to customer sites up to 25% is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • 7+ years of hands-on Security / Infrastructure / Troubleshooting / Systems Administration
  • Experience with Networking / DevOps / Applications
  • 5+ years of experience in as a Technical Account Manager
  • Development experience is required
