Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Technical Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls from drivers and repair shops
• Assist drivers in locating appropriate repair facility
• Review requests from automotive repair shops and approve or decline repairs based on client's Policies

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active ASE Certification Preferred
• 3-5 years of hands-on automotive mechanical experience
• Team player who enjoys working with clients and repair shops on a daily basis
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
