Job Summary
An information services provider is filling a position for a Remote Technical Service Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as project owner of assigned project(s) i
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring project scope compliance and promote operational best practices to achieve mission success
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
- At least five (5) years demonstrated and related project management experience.
- Must be a United States Citizen; PMP or related certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in service-level metrics development and analysis
- Experience with DOD’s Transition Assistance Program, SkillBridge, and/or Career Skills Programs a plus
