An information technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Technical Service Desk Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing General IT end-user support
- Utilizing excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations
- Ensuring proper recording, categorization, documentation, and closure of all tickets
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6-12 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- High school diploma; Associates Degree in related field preferable
- 6-12 months customer service experience in a professional industry
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Problem-solving skills
