Job Summary

An information technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Technical Service Desk Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing General IT end-user support
  • Utilizing excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations
  • Ensuring proper recording, categorization, documentation, and closure of all tickets

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 6-12 months experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • High school diploma; Associates Degree in related field preferable
  • 6-12 months customer service experience in a professional industry
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
