Job Summary

A manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Service Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Support, troubleshoot and manage escalation on all current Solutions products
  • Train all new and existing prospects, customers, and channel partners on Solutions products
  • Provide spot and sanity testing for all current and development products

Qualifications Include:

  • Engage in onsite interactions
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 0-2 years’ experience with a technical concentration
  • Experience in networking fundamentals, installs and permissions
  • Windows proficiency and working knowledge of server operating systems
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills and industry experience with automated machine control
  • Understanding of SQL and strong Excel skills
