Job Summary

A computer technology services provider has an open position for a Remote Technical Service Manager in Seattle.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying and leading continuous improvement activities
  • Acting as single point of contact for all support requirements
  • Compiling, analyzing and interpreting statistical data

Required Skills:

  • Excellent presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Undergraduate degree and 6 years, or Graduate degree and 4 years of relevant experience
  • 4 years enterprise experience with data center technologies such as Windows, Linux, VMware, EMC, Compellent, EqualLogic, blade technology and networking
