Job Summary

A medical device provider is seeking a Remote Technical Service Representative II in Santa Barbara.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Focusing on customer needs and satisfaction
  • Managing clean hand-off of customer service requests
  • Owning remote resolution of technical service requests

Qualifications Include:

  • Up to 10% travel required
  • Minimum three years working successfully in a call center environment required
  • Experience with call center phone technology required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience remotely diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment required
  • Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process required
