Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Services System Manager in Tucson.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting troubleshooting activities
  • Providing client instruction as needed and requested
  • Providing assistance to clients with reporting and System Management challenges

Qualifications Include:

  • 25% travel
  • Midas Certified System Manager Certification is required or attained within 1 year of hire
  • Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Midas Care Management
  • Proficiency in System Management and reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of Midas Solutions with an emphasis on System Management
  • Skilled, literate, and adaptable to personal computers and software in a networked environment
