An enterprise software development company is in need of a Remote Technical Software Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating closely with our Sales team when additional revenue opportunities are proposed into your customers
• Developing an in-depth understanding of your defined customers' software delivery environment
• Being a voice of the customer and advocating for their specific needs with our Product Development, Sales & Customer Success teams
