Job Summary
An SaaS company has an open position for a Remote Technical Software Customer Success Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Translate architectural and integration designs into strategic implementation project plans
- Lead discovery sessions with large, enterprise customers to assess and analyze inefficiencies
- Act as the primary technical advisor to our customer for all things Digital Operations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience implementing new systems, integrations, processes at scale
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 7-10 years similar experience in software/technology
- Keen sense and eye for technical details
- Coding skills (JavaScript / Python)
- SQL proficiency
