Job Summary

An SaaS company has an open position for a Remote Technical Software Customer Success Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Translate architectural and integration designs into strategic implementation project plans
  • Lead discovery sessions with large, enterprise customers to assess and analyze inefficiencies
  • Act as the primary technical advisor to our customer for all things Digital Operations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience implementing new systems, integrations, processes at scale
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 7-10 years similar experience in software/technology
  • Keen sense and eye for technical details
  • Coding skills (JavaScript / Python)
  • SQL proficiency
