Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Software Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Researching a customer's technical issue
  • Answering incoming customer phone calls
  • Managing customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution

Required Skills:

  • Expected to attend 100% of the first month of our 12-week long program
  • Ability to conduct phone conversations within a highly technical environment up to 6 hours per day
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex technical material
