Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Technical Software Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Connecting to customers’ computers to investigate and resolve software problems
- Installing software for new customers
- Updating customer software when new releases provided
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Infrequent travel 2-4 trips per year
- Microsoft IT network Protcols including RDS
- Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access
- Microsoft Visual Studio and Visual Basic
- Hosted IT environments such as GoDaddy and AWS
- Experience programming in VB
