Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Technical Software Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Connecting to customers’ computers to investigate and resolve software problems
  • Installing software for new customers
  • Updating customer software when new releases provided

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Infrequent travel 2-4 trips per year
  • Microsoft IT network Protcols including RDS
  • Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access
  • Microsoft Visual Studio and Visual Basic
  • Hosted IT environments such as GoDaddy and AWS
  • Experience programming in VB
