Job Summary

An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Solutions Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting deep dive technical conversation with the technical audience
  • Providing technical support and consultation to account executives and other teammates
  • Designing solutions for customers and documenting the scope of projects

Qualifications Include:

  • Conducting presentations to customers both in person and video conferencing
  • Having advanced level presales experience on Cisco’s entire Collaboration portfolio
  • Must hold CCNP or CCIE Collaboration certification
  • Experience in leading strategic collaboration opportunities
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences
