Job Summary

A financial technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Solutions Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing immediate technical support
  • Deconstructing complex technical problems
  • Building scalable, comprehensive solutions cross-functionally

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of Solutions Engineering experience
  • Experience performing bug/incident investigation and impact/root cause analysis
  • Experience manipulating data in spreadsheet programs Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using HTTP API tools such as Postman or similar to perform investigations and kick off processes
  • A true problem solver
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing
