A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Technical Sourcer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and executing tactical sourcing strategies, aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals
  • Identifying potential candidates through the use of creative sourcing methods
  • Identifying a diverse slate of candidates for each search

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years recruitment/sourcing experience in a corporate environment
  • Must have recruited for a technical product company
  • Must be well versed in sourcing tools and strategies
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools
  • Experience sourcing technical talent
  • Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
