- Managing full-cycle technical recruiting: source, identify, engage, evaluate, and hire top talent to join our growing company
- Driving sourcing strategy recommendations for a variety of technical roles
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with passive talent to ensure a robust network for future hiring needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of technical sourcing and recruiting experience at a high-growth startup or agency environment
- Recent track record of hiring top-tier engineering and product talent
- Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates and
- Tech-savvy: Google Suite products
- Developing a network in the technology and data space
