Job Summary
A computer and network security company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Sourcer.
Must be able to:
- Hire top tier engineers across multiple teams and multiple levels
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract and recruit talent
- Utilize multiple recruiting resources and advanced sourcing techniques
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of sourcing or full life-cycle recruiter experience required, in-house or at an agency
- You know how to mine an ATS
- You know how to build robust boolean strings, and read b/t the lines on a LinkedIn profile
- Ability to build pipelines for multiple requisitions
- Gifted at writing engaging clickable emails
