A software development company is in need of a Remote Technical Sourcer and Recruiter.

Must be able to:

  • Screen sourced candidates daily
  • Source high quality candidates
  • Manage a business area pipeline to ensure high quality flow of talent

Required Skills:

  • Able to drive for results with a track record of filling high volume of roles
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven recruiting achievement in an agency, search firm or corporate setting
