Job Summary

An information technology and professional services company has an open position for a Remote Technical Strategic Growth Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead capture management efforts to secure new, strategic contracts
  • Participate in color team proposal reviews
  • Improve capture win rate through continuous improvement of capture best practices

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience using price-to-win strategies to effectively bid new work
  • Undergraduate degree from accredited college or university in business management or related field
  • Experience working in the Federal Government or GovCon environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and is versed at leading a disparate group to a common goal.
  • Proven experience successfully leading or supporting the capture of Federal Government contracts
