Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Supply Chain Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling daily customer contacts regarding technical support and product usability issues
  • Providing a path to resolving inquiries related to SQL and other MS Windows technologies
  • Engaging with customers to build relationships and increase value to the brand

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Technical Associate Degree and/or 2-3 years equivalent experience
  • 1+ years’ experience providing inbound technical support/customer service
  • Familiarity with various CRM tools and their usage
  • Proficient in troubleshooting PC systems
  • Knowledgeable of various search engines and Base systems
  • Familiarity in hardware and software troubleshooting of Android devices
