Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Supply Chain Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling daily customer contacts regarding technical support and product usability issues
- Providing a path to resolving inquiries related to SQL and other MS Windows technologies
- Engaging with customers to build relationships and increase value to the brand
Qualifications for this position include:
- Technical Associate Degree and/or 2-3 years equivalent experience
- 1+ years’ experience providing inbound technical support/customer service
- Familiarity with various CRM tools and their usage
- Proficient in troubleshooting PC systems
- Knowledgeable of various search engines and Base systems
- Familiarity in hardware and software troubleshooting of Android devices
