Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as a single point of contact for the customers
  • Providing supportability, performance, and best practice advice and assessments
  • Understanding and maintaining documentation around the customer infrastructure

Required Skills:

  • Some travel to meet with co-workers or attend company events
  • 3+ years of experience in a related function
  • Direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales or professional services functions
  • Successfully managed customer engagements to completion and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency and ability to understand and update code and scripts
  • Must meet all other listed company requirements
