Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as first point of contact for customers to provide assistance in response to inquiries
  • Monitor multiple channels, including email, live chat, and phone
  • Discover the root cause of problems by technically troubleshooting the software issue

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a software or technology-based company
  • 3+ years of experience in Technical Support or a customer facing technical role
  • Experience with help desk software such as Help Scout and Intercom
  • Well-versed and comfortable being in an external-customer-facing role
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
