Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Agent.
Must be able to:
- Serve as first point of contact for customers to provide assistance in response to inquiries
- Monitor multiple channels, including email, live chat, and phone
- Discover the root cause of problems by technically troubleshooting the software issue
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in a software or technology-based company
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Support or a customer facing technical role
- Experience with help desk software such as Help Scout and Intercom
- Well-versed and comfortable being in an external-customer-facing role
- Exceptional written and communication skills
