A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Technical Support Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshoot software running on Windows, Vista and 7 Operating Systems
  • Troubleshoot sharing and permissions errors on home and office networks
  • Document all customer contact accurately

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 1 year recent technical support or help desk experience
  • Tax Experience a huge Plus
