Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Technology Support Analyst to provide advanced tech support to remote call center agents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide escalated tech support and monitor ticketing systems for unresolved issues
  • Deliver direct remote support for technological issues and ensure secure desktop environments
  • Document findings and communicate status updates to minimize downtime for end-users
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2-5 years of end-user technical support experience or related education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs
