Job Summary
A company is looking for an Agent Technology Support Analyst to provide advanced tech support to remote call center agents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide escalated tech support and monitor ticketing systems for unresolved issues
- Deliver direct remote support for technological issues and ensure secure desktop environments
- Document findings and communicate status updates to minimize downtime for end-users
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2-5 years of end-user technical support experience or related education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs
- Advanced troubleshooting knowledge of home internet connectivity and multiple MS-Windows operating systems
