Job Summary

An IT and computer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Analyst 5.

Must be able to:

  • Deliver post-sales support and solutions
  • Serve as an advocate for customer needs

Qualifications Include:

  • 12 years experience with Core products or Applications products
  • Technical degree with a 3.0 GPA or proven professional/ technical experience
