Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Analyst in Scottsdale.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning the request, analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of client requests
  • Maintaining front end application using scripting language that include HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript
  • Providing actionable feedback and suggestions to business processes to improve the quality of service

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with ticket management software
  • Good knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain HTML5 and CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, accessibility, and responsive web design
  • 2 to 4 years of SaaS industry experience providing technical support to customers
  • Strong customer service focus, work ethic, and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide proper decision making for utilizing internal business capabilities to solve the client's needs
  • Outstanding phone, remote screen share, and presentation skills
