Job Summary
An IT and engineering firm is in need of a Remote Technical Support and Help Desk Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform problem diagnosis and guiding users through step by step solutions
- Provide expertise to solve tier I or II technical support issues for end users
- Conduct technical research for source of information to resolve issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School degree plus advanced training of some type
- 2-3 years experience
- Ability to understand issued and clearly communicate solutions
- Attention to detail needed to resolve issues
