Job Summary

An IT and engineering firm is in need of a Remote Technical Support and Help Desk Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform problem diagnosis and guiding users through step by step solutions
  • Provide expertise to solve tier I or II technical support issues for end users
  • Conduct technical research for source of information to resolve issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School degree plus advanced training of some type
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Ability to understand issued and clearly communicate solutions
  • Attention to detail needed to resolve issues
