Job Summary

A manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support and Training Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Resolving customer issues
  • Keeping knowledge up to date regarding system improvements and updated software versions
  • Entering and updating all client interactions into customer support system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel is required
  • Two or more years of experience with large format printers, laminating and cutting devices
  • Experience with graphic and signage finishing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with capacity for multi-tasking
  • Detail oriented, accountable and have a strong work ethic
