Job Summary
A manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support and Training Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving customer issues
- Keeping knowledge up to date regarding system improvements and updated software versions
- Entering and updating all client interactions into customer support system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel is required
- Two or more years of experience with large format printers, laminating and cutting devices
- Experience with graphic and signage finishing
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with capacity for multi-tasking
- Detail oriented, accountable and have a strong work ethic
