A software development company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working directly with customers to triage and resolve issues
- Providing product usability assistance to support high customer utilization
- Becoming a product subject matter expert
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4-6 years of proven experience providing SaaS technical customer support
- Experience with support, CRM, and ticket platforms (Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc)
- Technically adaptive, ability to learn new solutions, and features/functionality
- Comfortable engaging with diverse customers with varying levels of technical skills and knowledge
