Job Summary
An automation technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Customer Support Specialist in Denver.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Triaging and resolving technical support issues
- Actively and continuously update technical skills
- Working with engineering staff on difficult to resolve technical issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience in Help Desk, Technical Support or Customer Support role
- Relatable experience: Client services, NOC, Customer Care, Call Center Support
- Ability to respond to emergency situations effectively
- Ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing
- Ability to troubleshoot and gather information on technical issues and escalate
- Experience managing Windows environments
