Job Summary

An automation technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Customer Support Specialist in Denver.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Triaging and resolving technical support issues
  • Actively and continuously update technical skills
  • Working with engineering staff on difficult to resolve technical issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience in Help Desk, Technical Support or Customer Support role
  • Relatable experience: Client services, NOC, Customer Care, Call Center Support
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations effectively
  • Ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to troubleshoot and gather information on technical issues and escalate
  • Experience managing Windows environments
