A technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms
  • Meeting or exceeding customer expectations on response quality and timeliness of responses
  • Serving as internal and external point of contact on customer escalations

Required Skills:

  • Communicate in person
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, system administration or a related role
  • Expertise in the Windows environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
