Job Summary

A developer of genetics and biology technology is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing business-to-business technical support
  • Understanding, replicating and resolving complex technical issues
  • Providing remote Tier 2 and 3 technical support for external customers and internal teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to analyze, investigate and troubleshoot software bugs
