Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Investigating issues reported by customers
  • Providing leadership to other team members
  • Contributing new articles and maintain existing knowledge base articles

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
  • Minimum 5 years experience supporting Linux systems
  • Familiarity with OpenStack, virtualization and other Cloud technologies
  • Development level and troubleshooting experience in at least 2 programming languages
  • Significant experience with Ubuntu
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
