Job Summary

A technology company that specializes in cybersecurity is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Help customers deploy and maintain the Company service
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues
  • Create process or troubleshooting documentation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Excellent relationship management in-person when required
  • 2+ years of customer support, technical support, system administration or similar
  • Expertise in the Windows environment, including Windows Service and Workstation
  • Experience troubleshooting low-level operating systems and network issues
