Job Summary
A technology company that specializes in cybersecurity is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help customers deploy and maintain the Company service
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues
- Create process or troubleshooting documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent relationship management in-person when required
- 2+ years of customer support, technical support, system administration or similar
- Expertise in the Windows environment, including Windows Service and Workstation
- Experience troubleshooting low-level operating systems and network issues
