Job Summary

A open source technology company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Investigate issues reported by customers
  • Work to resolve complex customer problems
  • Contribute new articles and maintain existing knowledge base articles

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time
  • Minimum 5 years experience supporting Linux systems
  • Familiar with OpenStack, virtualization and other Cloud technologies
  • Significant experience with Ubuntu
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems other than Ubuntu
