Job Summary

An innovative products company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Documenting customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs
  • Troubleshooting problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications
  • Responding to customer product inquiries, answering technical questions, and analyzing problems

Position Requirements Include:

  • Candidates need to live within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO
  • 2 year/ Associates Degree in computer, electronic or mechanical technology, medical technology
  • Desired training in one of the following: biomedical, networking, electrical engineering, or computer science
  • The following certifications are a plus: A+, Net+
  • Prior experience servicing Patient Monitoring and Ultrasound Systems
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
