Job Summary
A web based sports analytics development company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reaching out to clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Serving as an escalation point to Engineering for complex technical issues
- Collaborating with technical stakeholders to debug and enhance current software applications
Position Requirements Include:
- Availability to occasionally travel to Headquarters
- 2+ years of experience supporting computer hardware
- 2+ years of experience installing and supporting common operating systems
- Experience with Zendesk or similar support software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Technical capabilities/problem solving
