Job Summary

A web based sports analytics development company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Serving as an escalation point to Engineering for complex technical issues
  • Collaborating with technical stakeholders to debug and enhance current software applications

Position Requirements Include:

  • Availability to occasionally travel to Headquarters
  • 2+ years of experience supporting computer hardware
  • 2+ years of experience installing and supporting common operating systems
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar support software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical capabilities/problem solving
