A cloud communications platform as a service company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping customers to use our Console interface
- Using your strong diplomatic skills to address customer issues and provide feedback
- Leveraging your experience with troubleshooting and resolving Quality of Service issues
