Job Summary

A cloud communications platform as a service company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Helping customers to use our Console interface
  • Using your strong diplomatic skills to address customer issues and provide feedback
  • Leveraging your experience with troubleshooting and resolving Quality of Service issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience communicating complex technical issues
  • A high competency with communicating internally and externally
  • An excitement for opportunities to problem solve and troubleshoot
  • Experience utilizing customer feedback to identify and drive improvements
  • Enthusiasm about interacting and collaborating with other departments
  • Demonstrated desire to understand customer trends
