A software development company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help prioritize critical customer needs
- Build the frameworks and features that will support our customers
- Help define the best in class set of tools we should be using

- Ability to clearly communicate to our customers in many different ways
