Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Provide technical support and engineering services to the subscribers
- Diagnose problems, troubleshoot customer issues, and find solutions to these issues
- Engage customers by responding to incoming calls
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of experience as a support or development engineer
- Experience with Linux operating system installation
- Good understanding of Linux command line tools
- Development-level experience with Python
- Experience writing patches
- Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills
