Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Provide technical support and engineering services to the subscribers
  • Diagnose problems, troubleshoot customer issues, and find solutions to these issues
  • Engage customers by responding to incoming calls

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience as a support or development engineer
  • Experience with Linux operating system installation
  • Good understanding of Linux command line tools
  • Development-level experience with Python
  • Experience writing patches
  • Advanced troubleshooting and debugging skills
