Job Summary

A security identity company has an open position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and provide technical skills to diagnose problems
  • Reproduce issues in a local environment
  • Test proposed fixes from engineering

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical Support Role
  • Operating system experience (Windows)
  • MS SQL Database experience
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining client-server environments
  • Experience with database operations
