Job Summary

An SaaS platform company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing enterprise-level assistance to our customers
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions
  • Providing timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Troubleshooting skills in Windows Server Administration, Networking, Cloud and SQL
  • Ability to Diagnose and Troubleshoot Technical Issues
  • Experience with Technical Support Case-handling Platforms: Salesforce and ZenDesk
  • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript and API calls
