Job Summary
An SaaS platform company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing enterprise-level assistance to our customers
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions
- Providing timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Troubleshooting skills in Windows Server Administration, Networking, Cloud and SQL
- Ability to Diagnose and Troubleshoot Technical Issues
- Experience with Technical Support Case-handling Platforms: Salesforce and ZenDesk
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript and API calls
