Job Summary
A criminal justice technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer customer issues identified by help-desk tickets, emails, live chats, and phone calls
- Help to document feature requests and potential product gaps
- Document troubleshooting techniques and help the sales team execute successful subscription renewals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years experience in a technical support role with a ticketing environment
- Comfortable working one-on-one with customers and helping them succeed with products
- Possess exceptional people skills which allow you to get out in front of problems
- Able to proactively seek out new technology and love learning new products and tech skills
- Possess an affinity for mobile devices and have the literacy to talk to the product capabilities
- Knowledge and/or working experience with networking
