Job Summary
A communication technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Provide customers with delightful experiences by helping them resolve technical issues
- Participate in testing of new and updated features
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for our support organization
