Job Summary
A cybersecurity company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Be a trusted partner on product functionality for your customers and third-party vendors
- Partner with Customer Success team to assess client needs, provide advanced troubleshooting and solutioning
- Communicate defects to the Engineering team and help test new releases
Qualifications for this position include:
- Having troubleshooting experience in Linux and Windows environmentsNetworking (TCP/IP, DNS, Wireshark)
- Having troubleshooting experience in SSL decryption
- Having troubleshooting experience in third-party agents
- Being a listener first, adept at working across internal and external teams with competing priorities
- Understanding how to prioritize and escalate customer issues to the appropriate internal team
- Being independent and self-sufficient, focused on the needs of customers and genuinely excited about forging a path forward when none exists
