A cloud-based solutions company. is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing ticket escalation from Customer Support and professional services teams
- Providing on-call rotation for Production Application Support
- Taking ownership of technical issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have a technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (2+ yrs)
- Relational database experience
- Enterprise SaaS or web-hosted software knowledge
- Experience with streaming/video playback
- Experience with coding in Ruby and Powershell
- Experience with terminal commands (CMD & bash)
