Job Summary

A cloud-based solutions company. is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing ticket escalation from Customer Support and professional services teams
  • Providing on-call rotation for Production Application Support
  • Taking ownership of technical issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Have a technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (2+ yrs)
  • Relational database experience
  • Enterprise SaaS or web-hosted software knowledge
  • Experience with streaming/video playback
  • Experience with coding in Ruby and Powershell
  • Experience with terminal commands (CMD & bash)
