An information technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking ownership of issues reported by customers and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Researching, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to interact with multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experience with: Linux, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, DNS, CDN, and caching
  • Familiar with WordPress
  • Consummate professionalism
