An information technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Support Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking ownership of issues reported by customers and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
- Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to interact with multiple clients simultaneously
- Experience with: Linux, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, DNS, CDN, and caching
- Familiar with WordPress
